Fine nuances of dried dill on the nose, some tangerine peel, grapefruit zest, ripe wild berry jam, a hint of nougat, underlaid with delicate leafy spice. Medium texture on the palate, initially delicately vegetal, some green notes, some caramel and cedar wood, becomes sweeter and sweeter with air, lemony touch on the finish, from the large bottle now a perfectly ripe Pauillac from a small vintage. !
